How we handle it
We reply within 48 hours and complete the request within 30 days. Before we share or change anything we confirm it's you, by writing to the email address on your order or account, so nobody can get your data by typing your email. Some records, such as invoices, have to be kept for the period tax law sets; we'll tell you what we kept and why.
