The product

What you are buying

  • Every skin is a precision die-cut vinyl wrap, made to order for the exact phone model you select at checkout. It is not a case and does not provide drop protection.
  • Selecting the correct brand and model is your responsibility. A skin cut for one model will not fit another, and a wrong-model selection is not a defect.
  • Product photographs are representative. Slight variation in colour, finish and print position between screen and product is normal and is not a defect.
  • Skins are a surface finish. Applying or removing one is done at your own risk, and we are not liable for damage caused by incorrect application, heat guns, or removal from an already-damaged surface.
Orders

Pricing, payment and acceptance

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Payment is handled by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). All orders are prepaid — cash on delivery is not offered.
  • Your order is confirmed only once payment succeeds. An unpaid order is not an order and is not cut or dispatched.
  • We may cancel and fully refund an order if a design is unavailable, a pincode is not serviceable, a price was listed in error, or an order looks fraudulent.
  • Coupons and promotions apply only within their stated validity, minimum cart value and usage limits, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
Fulfilment

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery runs 1–3 business days within Andhra Pradesh and 3–7 business days elsewhere in India. Full detail, including delays and remote-area exceptions, is on the shipping policy page.

After purchase

Returns and cancellation

An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before dispatch. After delivery, returns are accepted only if we sent the wrong item, or it arrived defective or damaged, reported within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof. Because each skin is cut for a specific phone model, a correct and undamaged skin cannot be resold and is not accepted back. Read the full returns & refund policy and the cancellation policy.

Rights

Intellectual property

  • The EaseWrap name, logo, site design and product photography belong to us. Do not reuse them without written permission.
  • Skins are sold for personal use on your own device. Reselling, bulk reproduction or commercial redistribution of our designs is not permitted without a wholesale agreement.
  • If you believe a design on this site infringes your rights, write to support@easewrap.in with details and we will review and act on it.
Limits

Liability and jurisdiction

  • Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to a device caused by application or removal of a skin.
  • We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies.
  • These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
